| Effective: (December 2004 forward), returns will be accepted on purchased NEW merchandise ONLY- (UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED, ORIGINAL CONDITION) items. MERCHANDISE PRICE TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL ITEMS. CUSTOM ORDERS, PRE-OWNED WORN AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! Return shipments are required to be INSURED and PREPAID. We DO NOT accept COD shipments. The Western Executive will gladly accept your returns for exchange or refund within 15 days of original purchase date. No refunds after 30 days from the original purchase date. The Western Executive will refund the total transaction less shipping charges. All exchanges are subject to reshipping charges. Please include payment of shipping & handling with your item to be exchanged. Please enclose a copy of original invoice and note reason for return. |

| The Western Exeuctive ships to destinations within the United States and Europe. Shipping is made ONLY to street addresses............no PO Box or APO's. Shipment is made via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or other carrier determined by The Western Executive. Delivery service level (priority mail, parcel post, etc.) determined by The Western Executive. |
| As of May 29, 2006, a fixed shipping fee applies for all DOMESTIC, United States shipped footwear. $14.55 per pair of boots. $18.55 for tall boots (over 14 inches tall) or heavy weight boots. $12.55 per pair of dress shoes. Handling fees and insurance are added at time of Paypal checkout. Shipping costs to and from The Western Executive are the purchaser's responsibility. The Western Executive DOES NOT accept COD shipments. |
