PAYPAL SHOPPING CART After making your merchandise selection, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the appropriate item. You will be able to continue shopping or finalize your purchase through the Paypal secure checkout. You may view your shopping cart total at any time while shopping by clicking on the "View Cart" button found on merchandise for sale pages and also on our main website page. Once you proceed to the Paypal secure checkout, appropriate shipping & handling charges and sales tax (applicable for all California residents) will be added and be given the total invoice amount. You will be prompted to provide your shipping address. Logon to Paypal and complete the necessary payment informaton and send payment. Our website will be updated to show the item SOLD when funds reach our Paypal account.
PURCHASE REQUEST METHOD (NON PAYPAL)
If you choose to order an item by money order or personal check not through Paypal, please follow our purchase request method.
After making your merchandise selection, jot down your item's stock number associated with each item for sale. Email or fax The Western Executive Store with the item number, item description, payment type from the approved list of payment methods and your "ship to" address. A return email or fax confirming your order with purchase total and payment completion instructions will be made within 24 hours of its receipt providing your order is the FIRST (date & time stamped) received emailed/faxed purchase request processed. PENDING STATUS The status of a selected item is updated to "PENDING" on the website as soon as the FIRST purchase request email/fax has been received and processed. "PENDING" status alerts all other shoppers that the item is no longer available and no other emailed/faxed requests to purchase the item will be honored. Other potential multiple buyers who emailed/faxed to purchase that specific item/s after the first "confirmed" purchase request was received will be notified of the already "PENDING" sale via email or fax.. SOLD STATUS Online pending status items are updated to "SOLD" upon the receipt of your payment. |
