HOW TO CONSIGN
Simply email The Western Executive with the footwear details (sizes, description) and your
personal information (name, address & phone). The Western Executive will review your
footwear and contact you with our "ship to" consignment address for all approved items.
Physically send ALL items for consignment to The Western Executive. The Western Executive
will physically review the items a second time for condition and salability. Any comments
regarding potential consignment item/s condition or sale potential after item/s physical review
will be included in a reply email or by phone BEFORE items are posted to the internet. The
Western Executive will establish a "suggested" selling price. Final "agreed" internet posted
selling price will be set by YOU, the seller. The Western Executive will post your item/s under
the appropriate footwear catagory & size on the internet . Consignment services are limited to
United States residents residing at US street address zip codes.

CONSIGNMENT TIME DURATION
Each item placed on consignment will have a maximum of 30 days to sell. At 15 days, if your item/s
have not sold, you will be contacted and given the choice of either reducing your price or
removing the item/s from sale. If you choose to continue your items in consignment, they will
remain on the internet for the balance of the 30 day max time period. ALL items NOT SOLD are
removed from consignment after 30 days.

You can keep track of your consignment item/s on the internet by checking your item/s listings
on our website and under the Ebay seller id "cwbyboots" or contact The Western Executive via
email. If your item/s does sell, The Western Executive will notify you and ship your item/s to
the buying party. Buying party pays all shipping & handling costs including sales tax (as
applicable) to ship. You, the seller, will receive net payment less consignment commission for
your item/s and all selling fees to promote your item/s via US money order or Paypal.

CONSIGNMENT COMMISSSION FEES
The Western Executive retains 50 % of the selling price of your item/s. 50% of the selling

UNSOLD ITEMS
At the end of the consignment period, unsold item/s will be promptly returned to you via the US
